I’ve just come in from weeding my herb bed and was pondering what more I could do to use my bay tree. Now I know. I’m intrigued by the ice cream idea and since I got an ice cream maker for Christmas this looks favourite and will be such a thirst quencher I’m sure as we enjoy southern hemisphere summer.
I love bay leaves. I grew up in the Caribbean and they are used in traditional dishes. It adds a lovely flavor. I love it in just about any hot milk flavored recipe- I can’t have porridge without it!
