HomeblogA perfect combination Itâs easy to fall in love with a bunch of plants and throw them together in a garden without thinking. But plants need to look good together as well as on their own. Hereâs one combination that I love: green-white mophead Viburnum opulus planted with rich purple lilacs. The two colours set each other off so beautifully, and make you appreciate each plant even more than if it was on its own. What fabulous combinations do you use in your garden? They bloom at the same time, and the blue veronica spilling out from between the yellow alchemilla is just so sparkling!
