F&F receives a glorious British-grown bouquet. I was sent these flowers to review, but they arrived on a day when I was rather down in the dumps. This gorgeous bouquet from the Great British Florist cheered me up no end. These flowers have all been grown in Britain, and the bouquets are hand-tied. And, just as importantly, the flowers are beautiful. This bouquet would have been pretty enough with the scabious and Sweet Williams, carnations, freesias and eucalyptus leaves, but that big fat pink peony finished it off beautifully. What a happy girl I was to receive these flowers. It smelt dead good, too. But one thing I did really like about this bouquet was that even though some of the flowers like scabious lasted only a few days, and the peony lasted just over a week, many of the other flowers lasted for three weeks. In fact, I could have dried this bouquet and kept it forever if I’d wanted to.
