Three beautiful hellebore flowers from the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens. F&F loved visiting (and spending far too much money at) the RHS Plant and Potato Show this weekend. We particularly loved these gorgeous hellebores on the Sir Harold Hillier Gardens stand, displayed so beautifully on top of the water in vases. This is such a lovely, traditional way of displaying hellebore flowers, and it really does mean you can admire the sublime beauty and variation of these early spring flowers. This is Helleborus x hybridus ‘Neon shades’. Just look at those gorgeous colours. A more unusual flower is this Helleborus torquatus ‘Dido’ which has very striking acid yellow/green flowers. And then for real drama, there’s this ‘Double Black’ hellebore. Which is just perfect.
