Allium ‘Purple Sensation’

Allium ‘Purple Sensation’ is a beautiful purple lollipop allium.

The first alliums are in flower in the border, and my goodness, they look fabulous.

I love the way alliums burst like fireworks from their papery buds.

These are ‘Purple Sensation’ alliums.

And the more I plant, the better. They always look better en masse, so in the autumn of this year, I’ll be planting many more.
