The F&F; seed swap is a site for anyone who has a spare packet of parsnip seeds, or who has saved their beautiful heirloom tomato seeds at the end of a season and has plenty to share. It's also for gardeners looking to grow something new. It's a community, it's free and it's great fun.

To keep it fun, we've got a few rules which all swappers need to follow:

1. Don't swap for money.

2. Don't swap seeds that are completely out of date. If you're in doubt, sow a few yourself and see if they come up.

3. If you're saving seeds for a swap, make sure they are open-pollinated/heirloom rather than F1 hybrids. These plants do not breed true from seed or are entirely sterile, so don't disappoint other swappers by offering these.
